Season Printing

How it works:

  • Our first step is to work with you to create a custom printing schedule. To do this, we will look at your season calendar and publicity needs, along with anticipated printing and shipping times. We will then provide you with a printing schedule for your full season.

  • There can be many different alternatives to consider when deciding how the image of your theater is best presented through playbills and marketing material.

    For example, a playbill might be a few sheets of plain text paper, or it could have a heavier-weight gloss cover and edge-to-edge printing. It may be all color, or all black and white, or a combination of both. Whatever the case, we'll work with you to help determine which paper and printing options suit your theater's marketing and performance needs best.

  • Based on the calendar we create together, we will send advance reminders for when files are need to be submitted. 

  • Our time to shine! Once we've received your files, we print and make sure they are delivered on time for your show or event.
